American Disposal Services provides our community waste removal services. Trash and recycling removal fees are included in your quarterly HOA assessments.
Trash and recycling collection is every Wednesday.
Place containers/items curbside the night before or prior to 5:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.
The evening after pick-up all containers should be returned to your garage and stored out of view.
If we are experiencing high winds please be sure to secure the cans so they do not blow trash through out the community.
There will be trash and recycling removal on all holidays, with the exception of July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Should any of these holidays fall on a collection day, collections will be made on Thursday.
There are a number of items that require an approved External Modification Application from the Architectural Review Board prior to a modification being done. Here are a few examples of items that will require approval:

Fencing
Major Landscaping
Patios
Playground Equipment
Pools
Roofing
Storage Sheds

Many residents are walking their pets throughout the neighborhood. There is STILL nothing worse than having your child, yourself or even your pet taking a step and realizing what you have just stepped in.
Please; don’t be one of those owners who does not clean up after their pet. Everyone deserves to be able to walk/play without the worry of what might be on the ground.
