The Waterford Creek Homeowners Association was established in 2001 and is governed by a 4-member elected Board of Directors, comprised of Waterford Creek homeowners.  These volunteer Board members serve staggered terms, and elections for open seats on the Board are held in conjunction with the Association's annual meeting.  

Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for our neighborhood and our local community. 

Waterford Creek's Homeowners Association is professionally managed by SFMC Inc. Our Community Manager, Sabrina Duncan, can be reached at (703) 392-6006  x277 or via email at sduncan@sfmcinc.com.  She should be contacted regarding any service issues in regards to community property, any apparent violations of rules and guidelines, and for any questions about your homeowner dues and assessments. 

Our Board of Directors, Managing Agent, and Committee volunteers are dedicated to making our community a place that we can all be proud to call home.
