HOA RESALE PACKET INFORMATION
If you are selling your home, you or your realtor can purchase the resale package from Condocerts.com. ( https://sfmcinc.condocerts.com/resale/) You will be asked to create an account and then prompted on how to purchase your order. You can elect to pay at the time of purchase or pay at settlement.
An inspection will be conducted on the outside of the property. If there are violations, including any open covenant violations, these will be addressed in a letter attached to the resale package. Once the package is processed, you will receive two emails. The standard package ($263.00*) will be processed within ten business days and a rush order can be processed within five business days for an additional charge ($58.00*). *prices subject to change
